Independent Sales Representative- Earn between 60k to 80k first year

  • Bachelor degree in marketing or at least 2 years similar experience
  • Great attitude and confidence in self and team
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Public speaking and presentation skills
  • Business to business experience
  • Great inbound and outbound phone skills
  • Time management, prioritization skills, and the ability to multi-task
  • Excellent and proven customer service experience, including ability to develop and nurture personal relationship from a close knit industry
  • Sandler Sales Training a plus
  • Nutshell CRM experience a plus


  • Field and make Inbound sales calls generated from various marketing campaigns across the US, Canada, etc.– many of which are familiar with TrustWorkz
  • Develop new opportunities from existing prospect list
  • Generate leads in your individual market by partnering with local resources to sell TrustWorkz marketing products
  • Place outbound calls to follow up with established accounts and return inbound communications to customers who have left messages or emails requesting further info and convert both to sales
  • Manage existing pipeline of business
  • Optimize the use of to manage opportunities
  • Travel to trade shows 8-10 times a year for up to three nights
  • Manage database for each lead/prospect/customer
  • Own leads until they’re either converted or exhausted; follow up to resolution
  • Manage the sales process and rank leads according to scales indicating propensity to buy and/or by likelihood/possibility of providing them with products or services
  • Convert Inbound and Outbound warm leads
  • Manage your book of business and provide detailed notes of each account in CRM
  • Feel comfortable in speaking and presenting to large groups

Additional Requirement:
Self-motivated and goal oriented with:

  • Ability to hit sales quotas and closing percentages
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in order to successfully relate to your customers
  • Outgoing and confident personality for phone sales and customer service
  • Inside or outside sales experience
  • Proven success meeting and exceeding sales goals in a highly performance driven environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Word and Powerpoint with presentation building skills
  • Experience using CRM software or other web based database system
